Having now handled the parts though I think I'll drop the working door idea as it will be way too fiddly for most people and I guess most will just want the doors shut anyway. That should help with the printing as well as hopefully there will be less chance of them splitting a more solid part.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02418527698793489162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3079411123321019478.post-12104427366660290272014-11-07T09:12:06.316+00:002014-11-07T09:12:06.316+00:00I have read on other blogs and forums of Shapeways...I have read on other blogs and forums of Shapeways doing this kind of thing, splitting things up arbitrarily or producing unexpected results. I hope you get a sensible response from them. The wagons are looking very encouraging, I'm sure they will be great once painted, but I can see your reservations over the integral strength given what's happened with the underframes.Iain Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03633733907566547236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3079411123321019478.post-11832541384379240822014-11-05T19:23:13.205+00:002014-11-05T19:23:13.205+00:00It's certainly not good on the eyes.
